I’m a swimming native, but I still can’t swim. So what’s a digital native? How we live and communicate online is evolving, just as the students that we work with each day are also continuing to change. Students now have the power to access the entire world’s wealth of knowledge instantaneously, and the connections that technology affords mean that a classroom is no longer constrained to four walls. But how do students actually make use of these new abilities? How can we as educators meet the challenge of preparing these learners? What skills do we need to equip our learners with to achieve success?
